Hundreds of military items with Nazi insignia were sold this past Sunday in Holland in a "military market." The military market is held in a different city in Holland every week, and is attended by hundreds of people. Jewish organizations in Holland recently discovered that, alongside regular military items, Nazi military items were being sold. Representatives of the Jewish organizations visited the market, and found stalls selling hundreds of items with swastikas and other Nazi insignia, including uniforms, helmets, flags, knives, photographs of Hitler, cassette tapes of SS songs and Nazi propaganda.

Israel says it will go ahead with peace negotiations despite a series of bomb blasts that have left at least 27 people injured. The explosions came on the eve of intensive talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
Prime Minister Ehud Barak says negotiations with the Palestinians will start as planned today in the West Bank town of Ramallah. In his first public response to the detonation of three pipe bombs in the center of the northern Israeli coastal city of Netanya, Barak says he will not allow terrorists to derail the peace process.
Israeli police say they arrested two Palestinian suspects as they attempted to return to the West Bank. No organization has claimed responsibility for the blasts.
The explosions follow warnings from the militant Islamic group, Hamas, that it would step up its attacks against Israelis in protest of the continuing existence and expansion of Jewish settlements in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
But senior Palestinian officials also condemned the attack as a deliberate attempt by extremist elements to sabotage the negotiations with Israel. A spokesman for the Palestinian Cabinet said the timing of the explosions is no coincidence and aimed at undermining the start of the "final status" talks with Israel. He also claims such terrorist operations are being financed and orchestrated by Iran, which is vehemently opposed to the peace process. This accusation has been denied by leaders of Hamas, who say the organization is acting alone in its campaign to destroy the Jewish state.
Netanya is a city known for organized crime where pipe bombs have been used to settle scores between rival syndicates however the explosion follows a warning from the militant Islamic group Hamas, that it would launch a new wave of violent attacks against Israelis.
The military wing of Hamas, Izzadin al-Kazzam, issued the threat in a leaflet distributed in the Palestinian ruled-areas of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The explosion also comes on the eve of the start today of talks between Israeli and Palestinian negotiators aimed at reaching a final settlement of their conflict by September 2000.
Police confirmed reports of four explosive devices, three of which exploded. Earlier reports indicated there were only two devices, one of which exploded but police have now reported there were four pipe bombs, all containing explosive substances as well as nails to increase their deadly impact.
David Ratoi, 56, described how he was crossing the street when he heard a blast and felt the sharp nails piercing his body. "I was crossing Herzl on the green light when I heard three to four explosions and lost my balance. I immediately ran to the sidewalk realizing I was full of nails. Persons told me to lie down while they extinguished the fire. My clothes were on fire. A few minutes later, an ambulance took me to Laniado."
The Sunday morning attack comes five years to the day from the 1994 suicide bombing attack on a Number 5 bus on Dizengoff and Ester Hamalka Streets in Tel-Aviv in which 22 persons were killed. In addition, the attack came one day before the scheduled start of the final status talks between Israel and the PLO Authority, slated to open in the autonomous city of Ramallah.
