Biological Weapons Against US and Israel By IsraelWire
According to a report published in an Egyptian newspaper, 100 plans were drawn up by the Islamic terrorists to attack American and Israeli targets around the world. The terrorist, an associate of international terrorist Osama bin-Laden, was sentenced to life in prison by an Egyptian court Sunday.

Israel honored its war dead in Remembrance Day observances led by
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. The Israeli leader also used
the occasion to raise the prospect of an Israeli troop withdrawal
from Lebanon.
At a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at the Mount Herzl military
cemetery in Jerusalem, Netanyahu paid tribute to those who died in
defense of the Jewish state. "We come here to unite and remember,
to remember the thousands who attached their destiny with us.
Thanks to them, he added, there is a state for the Jewish people."
Nearly 19,000 Israeli soldiers have died fighting wars and
conflicts with Arab neighbors since Israel was established one-half
century ago. In the past year, more than two-dozen soldiers lost
their lives in Israel's last active battlefront -- Lebanon.
Public opinion polls show most Israelis, weary of the two-
decades-old bloody conflict, favor a unilateral withdrawal from the
self-declared 'Security Zone' that Israel occupies in south
Lebanon. In an interview with Israel Television, Netanyahu left the
door open to an Israeli pullout -- even without a formal peace
agreement with Syria, the main power broker in Lebanon.
"As far as getting our troops out of Lebanon, I do not want to do
that without having viable security arrangements on the ground.
Those can be obtained with Syria or without Syria. But they are a
precursor, a precondition for our withdrawal. Otherwise, as much
as I want to get the troops out of Lebanon, I would take them out
and bring the Hizbullah right to the Israeli-Lebanese border, have
the rockets closer to Haifa. That I will not do."
Netanyahu's two main rivals for prime minister in next month's elections, Labor party leader Ehud Barak and Center party leader Yitzhak Mordechai, have vowed to get Israeli soldiers out of Lebanon within a year if elected. They also promise to renew talks with Syria, and offer territorial concessions on the Golan Heights to achieve peace with Damascus.
Earlier Tuesday, sirens sounded throughout the country as Israelis
stood at attention to recall the nation's fallen warriors. The
Memorial Day ceremonies are a prelude to Israel's 51st Independence
Day celebrations Wednesday.
In an effort to prevent attacks by Palestinian extremists during
the holiday observances, the military has closed the borders with
the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Thousands of Palestinian workers
are unable to get to their jobs in Israel. Palestinian officials
and human rights groups have condemned the closure, which is to be
lifted at sundown Wednesday.

Israel's parliament has approved legislation allowing for the
extradition of Israeli citizens charged with committing crimes
abroad.
The Knesset was spurred to act following a decision last month by
the Israeli Supreme court that barred the return to the United
States of 18-year-old Samuel Sheinbein, who is charged in the
brutal murder of an acquaintance in Maryland. The teenager had
Israeli citizenship through his father, who holds an Israeli
passport, but had never visited the country.
The high court ruling angered US officials. On Monday, the Knesset
amended the country's 1978 extradition law to allow Israeli
citizens who are not Israeli residents to be extradited, tried,
and punished abroad. Officials say it will not affect the
Sheinbein case.
The new law makes clear that the accused was not an Israeli
resident at the time of the crime, but has since become one.
Extradition will be on condition that the suspect is allowed to
serve jail time in Israel. The chairman of the Knesset Law
Committee, Hanan Porat, praised the new law, saying it would
prevent Israel from becoming a safehouse for criminals from abroad.
