IsraelFaxx.com/archives (the service) is provided by Electronic World
 Communications, Inc. (EWC). By completing the registration process and
 checking the box to accept these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to
 follow the terms and conditions, which are set forth in  this agreement.
 
 In the future, EWC may make changes to these terms and conditions, but will
 notify you of them by posting them prominently on the IsraelFaxx.com web
 site or by e-mail. If you do not want to agree to a change that EWC makes,
 you may cancel your subscription at that time. For annual subscribers, all
 changes will take effect upon renewal of the subscription agreement. If you
 continue your subscription after EWC has notified subscribers of a change,
 you agree to be bound by that change.
 
 EWC does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or veracity of
 any such facts, views, opinions or recommendations that may appear in the
 service.
 
 The service is the property of EWC and is protected by copyright, trademark,
 and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, retransmit,
 distribute, sell, publish, or circulate the contents of the service, in whole or in
 part, without the prior written permission of EWC. This prohibition
 prohibits, without limitation, forwarding, via electronic or other means, copies
 of the contents of the service, in whole, or in part, to others. A fee is charged
 in most cases where reprint permission is granted.
 
 There is one exception. You may make a printed copy of the information or
 material available through the service solely for your personal, non-
 commercial use; provided that any copy you make contains any copyright,
 trademark or other notice contained in, or associated with the material you
 copy.
 
 You assume personal responsibility for all uses of the service made using your
 user name (ID). Your responsibility includes the payment of all fees and
 charges associated with the use of the service, whether or not the use is made
 by you personally, or by someone else using your ID. You are responsible for
 protecting and securing your ID from unauthorized use and disclosure. In the
 event that you become aware of, or believe there has been any theft or
 unauthorized use of your ID, you will notify EWC immediately by electronic
 mail to: access@israelfaxx.com.
 
 The fees for using the service must be in U.S. dollars. You shall also pay all
 taxes or levies imposed on your use of the service. All payments should be
 made payable to EWC upon receipt of invoice by you. If EWC does not
 receive payment in full within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice, a late
 charge of one-and-one-half percent (1.5%) or the highest amount allowed by
 applicable law (whichever is lower) per month will be added to your account
 and shall be immediately due EWC.
 
 The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Because of the inherent hazards
 and uncertainties of electronic distribution, there may be delays, omissions or
 inaccuracies in the materials or information available through the service. Use
 of the service is at your own risk.
 
 
 EWC DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS,
 CURRENTNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR
 FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE OR
 OTHER INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE. EWC
 DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-
 FREE OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.
 
 EWC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY
 CLAIM, LOSS OR INJURY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE
 SERVICE, CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ITS NEGLIGENCE  OR
 BY MATTERS BEYOND ITS CONTROL. EWC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
 FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR
 SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE
 POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE
 LIABILITY OF EWC, IF ANY, ARISING FROM ANY KIND OF LEGAL
 CLAIM IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT
 EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EWC FOR YOUR USE OF THE
 SERVICE.
 
 EWC cannot guarantee or warrant that this service or materials that may be
 downloaded from this service do not contain viruses, "Trojan horses," or
 other destructive features. If you download any files from this service, you do
 so at your own risk.
 
 You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EWC, its directors,
 officers, shareholders, employees, affiliates, agents and third-party content
 providers from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees,
 related to any violation of this agreement by you or in connection with the
 placement or transmission by you of any material on the service, except as
 specifically authorized by this agreement.
 
 You may terminate your subscription to the Israel Faxx archives at any time
 by sending EWC a written notice via electronic mail to
 endaccess@israelfaxx.com stating that you wish to terminate your
 subscription. However, an Ifax Library Card cannot be terminated before the
 expiration of its stated term.
 
 EWC may change or discontinue any portion, feature or content of the
 archives at any time and in any manner without notice to you. EWC may, at
 any time, with, or without notice to you, restrict the use and accessibility of
 the archives. In addition, EWC may terminate this agreement and your rights
 to use the archives at any time. You are liable for any fees or other charges
 you incur until the termination of your rights to use the archives.
 
 By accepting these conditions and registering for this service you agree that
 EWC may store the information that you provide through the registration
 process and may use and share this information as it sees fit in its sole
 discretion, but only to the extent it is permitted to do so by applicable laws.
 
 EWC may give notice to you by means of a general notice on the service,
 electronic mail to your e-mail address on record in EWC's account
 information, or by first class mail to your address on record in EWC's
 account information. You may give notice to EWC by electronic mail to:
 endaccess@israelfaxx.com. Notice shall e deemed given upon receipt.
 
 If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid by any court having
 competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the
 validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall remain in
 full force and effect.
 
 No waiver by either EWC or you of any term or condition of this agreement,
 whether by conduct or otherwise, shall be deemed a further or continuing
 waiver of such term or condition, or a waiver of any other term or condition
 of this agreement.
 
 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with
 respect to your use of the services. Any amendment or modification to this
 agreement must be approved in writing by a duly authorized representative of
 each party.
 
 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America
 and the State of Ohio.
